Returns & refunds
Our policy does not allow for any prescription medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have an unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the product safely.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is accepted by the pharmacy.

b) Damaged or faulty
We will refund the price of the medication, however we regret that we are unable to refund any delivery changes that you may have incurred.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used to make the purchase. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
